History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His first spouse was a Gardener, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
