History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Being a Bookbinder kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: Azzakh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Paymon was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
