History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: She wears a grey vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her grey boots flare out at the collars. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her hair is blonde, silky, and of moderate length. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Eloise was born with her father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
