Description: She is in excellent shape and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull pastel iron scale mail. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardnab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to work out more often

Description: She wears a black vest and prefers grey and blue shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and carries longswords. Her blue hair is still thick. Her black eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, and carries bastard swords. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Orryn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Orryn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and balancing his hectic life and new banker responsibilities is difficult

Description: This tall, slender man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
