Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hupe isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. A true patriot, Hupe would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Hupe was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
