History: Howard was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
