History: She was born into a rich family. She worked as a nervous Animal Trainer and found it very stressful. She's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Farmer profession.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a roofer and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is typically in his Scribe uniform. His hair is black and curly. His eyes are black and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mamnen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult
