History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Berrian has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
