History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bather responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a knight and was forced into it by his family

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
