Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available she will default to her whip. She has dyed her greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Phann is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Phann was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She wears her blonde hair down. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and wants to work out more often

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears professional attire. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Beloril liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: Standing 6'3", this man is dressed in an above average manner. His black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gûnd hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and wants to raise his children well
