Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Peren took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland.
