History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Through the years after Heian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gifted student she started as a Gardener, but she got bored and became a Junk Dealer. Being a Junk Dealer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
