Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This eastern woman likes to wear brown tank tops with blue skirt. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She keeps her long red fur kept up in a rat tail. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born in the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Diesa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Kithri was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and wants to open a new tavern
