Description: An older man who prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: This western man tends to wear a large green jacket. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has wavy dark red hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Amnon was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Amnon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Amnon. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Elama hails from a village terrorized by orcs. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Layabout who has hired her part-time. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Williamina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She tends to her Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Donella was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Being a Locksmith kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
