Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Trag wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warlock, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Trag lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and doesn't want to be a guard and was forced into it by his family

Description: This tall, slender man is typically in his Barber uniform. His hair is black and curly. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A freak accident while working with his Cook father left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
