Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Fulbar hails from a village terrorized by drow. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
