History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A true patriot, Shaká would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Shaká was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shaká decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
