History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Gifted from a young age, Korfel studied abroad. Through the years after Korfel was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Korfel's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Carpenter who has hired him part-time. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Weaver profession.

History: Srorthen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
