When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dilettante but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the west to a Dilettante, Harbek learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He became a Dilettante soon after.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She's also a talented Server, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Rose liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
