History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and money/treasure

History: Carrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Rolen studied abroad. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and many illithids want him driven away
