History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raymond grew up listening to his father's many stories. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Skog grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Skog. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
