History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
