He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A freak accident while working with his Beggar father left him crippled. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
