Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. A friendly and beautiful Half-Orc, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Neega was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Neega grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Neega. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
