History: Myathethil hails from a village terrorized by giants. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Layabout, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Layabout, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Brottor isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
