History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
