Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is chestnut and curly. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Caelynn is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and wants to raise her children well
