He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the west to a Farmer, Mara learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
