History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ernest has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
