History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ovina abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
