Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nicholas embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Dilettante business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
