History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Servant, but he got bored and became a Interpreter. He became a Interpreter soon after.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Ahvain's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Halander was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This southern woman is abnormally tall. She is typically in her Guard uniform. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She keeps her red hair in a flapper bob. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Guard. She became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Gifted from a young age, Azza studied abroad. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow.
