History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Lucan was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Lucan decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
