Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Foxilon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Foxilon decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
