Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Alexandre was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alexandre fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Trym was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Doctor, but she got bored and became a Tanner. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Doctor again; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her childhood dream was to be a Bricklayer, but she was a colossal failure. She has achieved small success as a Glassblower.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, and she perpetually has her shield ready. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Kathra lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
