History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Valorean was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Mehen was born the youngest of three triplets. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
