History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Animal Trainer mother left him crippled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This tall, slender man is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, green shirt, and tan tie. His head has been shaved. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Fistula learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
