Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Rangrim enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Liftrasa never married again.
