History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Ar-Kaius speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Borun hails from a village terrorized by illithids. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
