History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anakis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anakis. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was born in the east. Through the years after Azza was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Azza's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: Aasathra hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.
