History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He worked as a nervous Animal Trainer and found it very stressful. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: She got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. Through the years after Valida was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Valida's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and to be a stableman again
