History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Percival was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To end his boredom.
