History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Rohesia was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her first spouse was a Sellsword, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and an old rival family wants her found
