Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a club on his belt. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A true patriot, Balam would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His first spouse was a Shoemaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
