History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A freak accident while working with his Shipwright father left him crippled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This northern man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His clothes are grease stained in places. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Uraim hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Uraim was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt, marred by sweets. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Torz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and money/treasure

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
