Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a grey costume with the symbols of death on her torso. She wears her chestnut hair up. Her ears are large.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nora fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is wearing a long, yellow cloak. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Being a Layabout kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: This malnourished man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a tan vest and prefers brown and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He sports a flattop hair cut. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Dyer. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
