History: Born in the north to a Bricklayer, Gilkass learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Quelenna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Sarai liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Guard, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
