Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born into a rich family. Taklinn was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Taklinn decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mayor, and she later adopted a second daughter.
