History: Trag was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trag grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trag. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: She comes from a rich western family. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Glassblower kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Ploughman, but she got bored and became a Locksmith. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
