Description: An older woman who has the majority of her body covered in plate, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is brown and curly. Her eyes are red and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ronwe isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. His fur is white and curly. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Mayor soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His childhood dream was to be a Apothecary, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mercenary for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barber for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
